Every case starts through the airline's own portal. If that stalls, we escalate directly with a formal demand by email, then a call if it's still stuck. If the airline still won't pay, we have jurisdiction, and the case is strong enough, we take it to litigation.

Thomas oversees that progression on every case, so nothing sits waiting on someone else's desk. Mujeeb built the platform Claim Catalyst runs on, from the intake flow a passenger walks through to the system behind it that checks whether a claim holds up before anything gets filed.
