Claim Catalyst exists because compensation law only works when someone is willing to enforce it case by case. We are not a helpline. We act as an advocate that reviews the claim, prepares the next step, and keeps pressure on the airline until the case reaches a clear outcome.
How cases progress
Step 1
Every case starts through the airline's own portal.
Step 2
If the portal process stalls, we escalate with a formal demand by email.
Step 3
If the claim is still stuck, we follow up by call where appropriate.
Step 4
If the airline still will not pay, jurisdiction exists, and the case is strong enough, we prepare it for litigation.
