  • Compensation for Onboard Ground Delays: In case of onboard or tarmac delays prior that are caused by factors within JetBlue’s control, they offer the following voucher compensation schemes depending on the time of delay.

1. Prior to Departure:

• 3-5 hours – $100 credit
• 5-6 hours – $175 credit
• 6 or more hours – $250 credit

1. Upon Arrival:

• 1:30 to 2 hours – $50 credit
