Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Claim Catalyst helps passengers claim compensation for airline delays, cancellations, denied boarding, and lost luggage. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our service, you must be the affected passenger or have the authority to act on behalf of the passenger.

3. Services Provided

Claim Catalyst will handle the compensation process on your behalf, including communication with airlines and legal action if necessary. We aim to secure compensation for qualifying claims according to applicable laws and regulations. The time to resolve a claim may vary depending on the complexity and the airline’s response. We will keep you informed of any significant updates but cannot guarantee specific timelines.

4. Fees

Our services are provided on a no-win, no-fee basis. If we successfully secure compensation, we will deduct a service fee from the amount received. If we do not secure compensation, you owe us nothing.

Non-Payment: If you fail to transfer Claim Catalyst’s service fee within 30 days of receiving the compensation directly from the airline, Claim Catalyst reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings to recover the entire compensation amount, not just our share.

5. Passenger Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information related to your claim, including booking details, correspondence with the airline, and any other relevant documentation. You authorize us to act on your behalf throughout the compensation process.

By signing up with Claim Catalyst, you agree that only Claim Catalyst may handle your claim. You may not assign your claim to another company or representative once it has been submitted through our services.  

Exclusivity Penalty: If you breach this exclusivity and engage another claims company for the same matter, you will be liable to pay Claim Catalyst a flat penalty fee of €500. If the case has already been escalated to a regulator or prepared for litigation, the penalty increases to €750.

We respect your privacy and will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will be shared with airlines and legal representatives as necessary to process your claim.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel our services at any time before we secure compensation, but once we secure compensation, the service fee will apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to obtain compensation, we cannot guarantee success. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from unsuccessful claims or delays in the process.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Estonia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all users after posting.
