The Israeli Aviation Services Law (ASL) is designed to protect passenger rights during flight disruptions, including delays, cancellations, and denied boarding, ensuring fair treatment and accountability within the aviation sector.

Who is Covered by Israeli Aviation Services Law?

Any flight operated by an Israeli airline or departing from an airport within Israel.

Flight Cancellation and Delays by More Than 8 Hours

If your flight is canceled, was brought forward, or delayed by more than 8 hours, you are entitled to the rights set out below:
